Venturi Type Desuperheaters

Under this classification we have 04 variants based on DSH Kv. The DSH is a non-integral type which requires a separate spray water control valve.

The DSH is constructed in a wafer body, which is sandwiched between flanges. The venturi design of the desuperheater with sharp edges ensures the high velocity of steam & well atomisation at the point of injection of water.

The water is sprayed through the nozzle connected to water line. For good atomisation, it is required to maintain sufficient pressure difference between steam & water pressure.

Rating : 150# RF to 2500# RTJ.
Material : ASTM A105, ASTM A182 F22 Cl.3.
